Graeme,

thanks for your fast replay.
I'm comparing the results on screen produced by the two profiles.
The numbers seem to me rather good. There is not much difference between the two
profiles. Target black error was even smaller for the new one.

The problem is in the dark tones. The new profile gives very greenish grays (0- 25). And the LUT curves confirm the difference, there is a dip in Red channel curve in this
region (see the attachments I've posted with the previous mail).

I'm trying to figure out why I get so different LUT curves while the hardware settings and
target numbers before the calibrations were actually the same.

This is from the new one (greenish):

  Target Brightness = 100.00, Current = 101.75, error = 1.8%
  Target 50% Level = 22.15, Current = 24.01, error = 1.9%
  Target Near Black = 1.02, Current = 1.14, error = 0.1%
Target white = x 0.3128, y 0.3291, Current = x 0.3123, y 0.3289, error = 0.31 DE Target black = x 0.3128, y 0.3291, Current = x 0.3138, y 0.3302, error = 0.62 DE

5) Check all
6) Measure and set ambient for viewing condition adjustment
7) Continue on to calibration
8) Exit
