If only there was a way of obtaining this info. (If it would
be of any help: my room was approximately 23-24 degrees Celsius).
Then we could have a corelation and a possibility of
improving the results! I however think that it would be much easier to
just let it measure the same white spot (as the measurements are the
fastest) and wait until it stabilises. The only question is: how do we
know that it has actually stabilised.

IS THERE ANYONE HERE WITH STATISTICS/METROLOGY BACKGROUND WHO WOULD BE ABLE TO
HELP??? I tried but I did not get any sensible results due to serious
lack of knowledge on this :).
