I take my advice on drying times from the wiki for Canon large format
printers.
Many of the posters there are professional printers, who either operate
print shops
or consult, particularly on color management. A reasonable reference is at:

I myself have a website titled sloppypanos.com, but I'm trying to become
less sloppy
in my printing and sweat the details - like color.
