This is the effect of the vcgt calibration curves being applied
to the display for profiling it.
You can manually verify the calibrated white by doing the following:
Load the screen with the calibration curves using dispwin, ie:
dispwin blah.cal
Display a white test patch using the loaded vcgt:
dispwin -m
Leave this running, and on another terminal session, run spot read
spotread -yl -a
(For a non Eye-One display 2 the -a flag will do an absolute emissive
reading and display the white point.)
and read the white. Does it agree with what dispcal was targeting ?
