[argyllcms] Implementation of setting a black point

I'd like to know if there are any plans in implementing a command line
switch for setting a luminance for the black point with dispcal. As
colorimeters (and spectrophotometers?) mostly don't provide very
accurate results in low luminance situations, I would find it desirable
to set the luminosity "pure black" should have. This way you could also
calibrate to a distinct contrast ratio.
Regards,
Steffen
