[argyllcms] Re: How does the targen do the black generation with pre-conditioning profile?

But what
is going on when I use "targen -d4 -c preprof.icc -A0.8"? Is there preprof.icc
black
generation used? Which kind of black generation is in targen with
pre-conditioning
profile? I know, that the keys -r and -R, -i and -I are lead to different
spread in
device gamut. Is the black generation method depend on the any targen
parameters?

There is no black generation for the targets. They explore the CMYK space - ie.
it's a 4 dimensional characterization of the device. Black generation is
done in the profile creation of the B2A tables.
