I've use eye-one Pro rev D and my usual command line is

chartread -v -H -a FileName

The resulting *.ti3 headers for 1.0.3 and 1.1.0 versions below:

1.1.0_b version:
KEYWORD "TARGET_INSTRUMENT"
TARGET_INSTRUMENT "GretagMacbeth i1 Pro"
KEYWORD "SPECTRAL_BANDS"
SPECTRAL_BANDS "112"
KEYWORD "SPECTRAL_START_NM"
SPECTRAL_START_NM "376.890756"
KEYWORD "SPECTRAL_END_NM"
SPECTRAL_END_NM "750.000000"

1.0.3 version:
KEYWORD "TARGET_INSTRUMENT"
TARGET_INSTRUMENT "GretagMacbeth i1 Pro"
KEYWORD "SPECTRAL_BANDS"
SPECTRAL_BANDS "113"
KEYWORD "SPECTRAL_START_NM"
SPECTRAL_START_NM "376.666667"
KEYWORD "SPECTRAL_END_NM"
SPECTRAL_END_NM "750.000000"

The spectral data in the *.ti3 files is OK, but with different band quantity.
