Hello,

the gamma values measured using various online squinty test patterns.
I wonder if anyone can explain the differences that I'm seeing, and
perhaps tell me if I'm doing something wrong.
I got similar behavior with my LCD monitor (NEC 20WGX) using a different
calibrator (forget the model). In fact, I found the results from the
squinty tests so confusing it was one of the things that made me want to
do real calibration. I'd trust the real calibration over the tests,
since the tests are a very crude tool. You're not a man with two clocks
until you get a second colorimeter.
