Starting from a brightness of about 70%, I can start measuring with dispcal. With this setting, I went ahead and created my first profile. I calibrated for a 95cd/m2 brightness and 6500K white point (I based this on suggestions from the Real World Colormanagement book by Fraser et al). I ended up with a brightness of 21% only to reach 95cd/m2 ! > What do you get if you run > "spotread -d" mode ?
