I got it to build, but I had to do two sets of changes.  First I added a
new NULL parameter to calls to spaces(), as discussed (in 23 places
total).  Also, since the icmXYZ2UCS() function seems to have been
removed, I replaced icmXYZ2UCS(&foo, bar, baz) with icmXYZ21960UCS(bar,
baz) in four places (three in spectro/dispcal.c and one in
xicc/xspect.c).  I have no idea if that change is correct, though…

  Besides Alastair's remark, my concern is that I'm dynamically linking
Argyll against the ICClib (and others), so I need the APIs to match.
