i would say it's the eyeone display 1 and 2 as they are mostly used in

i think it's the same driver basis for the LT version, right?
That's something I'm unsure about. I've borrowed an i1 Display
from a friend (thanks J!) to have a look at, and I suspect it's
an i1 Display 1, since it was made in 2003. I've got no idea if
the i1 Display 2 has the same interface, or how it differs from
an LT. A good start would be for someone with an i1 Display 2 to
tell me what it's USB product ID. The i1 Display I'm looking at,
has a VID 0x0971, and a PID 0x2003.
haven't seen many hueys installed yet, as it's a rather new device.
Some people have mentioned it, simply because it's cheap. It's
also made by Gretag I think (really Sequel Imaging of course).
doing the eyeone device support would also be good as a first step to
probably
support the eyeone PRO device in the future (which for sure is the
mostly used
spectrophotometer for both monitor and printing)
It's not easy, because the eye-one range depends on the PC to
provide a lot of the "smarts" (unlike the X-Rite products).
This makes it difficult to obtain the necessary interface
information, and makes the driver rather complex. The
SDK is only for MSWindows and Mac, and is closed source,
making distribution with GPL projects problematical.
Thanks for your comment.
Graeme Gill.
