I am absolutly no expert on this, on the contrary, only just beginning
But this is my line:
dispread -v -yl -k${HOME}/icc/lgl204wt.cal ${HOME}/icc/lgl204wt
-k is the calibrationfile made with dispcal.
The last parameter is the filename without extension used for the *.ti1
inputfile made with targen, and for the *.ti3 outputfile of dispread.

Make sure that *.cal and *.ti1 exist and are readable for you as user.
If this doesn't work, than I hope that somebody else can help you
further.

Caspar.
