To custom measure someone's own color matching functions requires special
equipment I only seen once in a school of optometry.

Ideally, instead of using the 1931 Standard Observer color matching
functions, we would be using YOUR very own carefully measured color matching
functions. 


Someone from this mailing list perform color matching experiment to build it
own Observer Functions? I think CIE Standard Observer functions is
acceptable in most cases in practice.


Calibrating to absolute gamma value is helpful in my situation or not?
