Hi Graeme,

I tried spotread . The command was : /argyll/bin/spotread -v -S -a -H
The instrument is EyeOne Pro
The message after connecting  is :
"Please make sure the instrument is fitted with
the appropriate ambient light measuring head
Segmentation fault"


...but the ambient light measuring head was in place
