you could also use xicclu -fif -kx instead of iteratively searching for the appropriate K value: 

xicclu -fif -kx -ia -s100 Device_Profile.icc
79.441962 -0.140086 -1.997727
Furthermore extracting the target Lab values from the Characterization Data <http://color.org/fogRA39L.txt> instead of calculating them through ISO Coated v2 can slightly improve precision as it avoids the errors introduced by the profile.
