By default collink uses simple mode, and ramps up to
full gamut mapping using inverse A2B as the features demand it.
Setting an ink limit requires inverting the A2B (since the B2A
table in the profile will have some fixed ink limit if any).

Now maybe I should make it ignore an ink limit at or
higher than the maximum for a given number of channels,
rather than triggering a change in the gamut mapping mode.

I'm also thinking that perhaps I should change the 10% reduction
rule of thumb to only apply to subtractive colorspaces with
4 or more colorants (ie. CMYK).

It would also be interesting if any of the preceding
discussion has a bearing on Nikolay Pokhilchenko's original
problem or not.
