Thanks for the tip (also thanks to Lars for the link).

Another question: recent LCD monitors have very high brightness, up to
400cd/m²... Isn't it too much? I mean, it is possible to reduce it, but
then, we go far from default values, and someone here said that it can
have very bad effects...

What do you think? Is it better to choose a monitor with a default low
brightness?
