[argyllcms] Black point powell failed

I'm getting an error in xicclu:
xicclu -g -fb -ir profile.icc
--> xicclu: Error - icxLu_comp_bk_point: Black point powell failed
The profile is here:
<http://www.rgb2cmyk.co.uk/i/PSO_Uncoated_MaxK_PG.icc>
And seems to work OK -- apart from causing problems with xicclu.
Any ideas as to why?
