[argyllcms] Argyll_V1.1.0_Beta: a little fix for install.bat

Hi,
"jam install" in install.bat should be "jam -f..\Jambase install"
(like in makeall.bat), otherwise you will have to use Argyll jam and
set the ARGYLLBASE variable.
