[argyllcms] Are -w CIE chromaticity coordinates 1931 or 1964

Are the x,y coordinates for option -w in dispcal specified as the 2
degree field of view (1931) or the 10 degree field of view (1964). I'm
assuming CIE 1931 as it seems to be the more common reference.
