Hi Martin,
I have a program from which a part exactly makes this. It's for windows
and written with a research and students version of delphi 6 so I'm not
sure that I can freely distribute this. The averaging has been checked
(without outliers) vs PatchTool (BabelSoft). It's in German.
So, if you are interested, I can send it for testing to your private
email. Possibly, if some more people are interested, I can try to port
it to the free turbo delphi version.
