[arachne] v1.95 updated....

Arachne at FreeLists---The Arachne Fan Club!

Arachne v1.95;GPL has been updated with two small bug fixes.

I have reversed a 'brain-dead' change that I made which was preventing
BCCs from being 'carried-over' when editing an email message that was
composed but not yet sent.

Also, a small bug in the progress bar code which was allowing it to
sometimes go past 100% has now been fixed.
