Many thanks to Czerno for diagnostic work in making a new config.tel
to be included in this updated telnet.apm
TELNET.APM Clarkson university TELNET and text mode FTP client for DOS.
Size 158 KB.
(updated May 30, 2009 with new config.tel to work with static IPs in
addition to the default of 'BOOTP')
