reply to ray andrews re comparison of REXX and 4DOS.

From my rather limited experience useing both rexx and 4dos, I would have
to say that they are like apples and oranges, not really comparable.
Rexx is pretty good at writing programmes that you would not be able to do
with ordinary dos commands.

4DOS is more of a system tuning software that enables those who want their
systems set up different that ordinary DOS.  Personally I prefer the way
normal dos sets up my system over the optional setups possible with 4dos.
