There's a brand-new version of PA just now uploaded.

This one includes RamDrive:\arachne\telnet.exe
It also inclides rtspkt.com on the diskette.
The diskette image file is made like so....
diskcopy.com a: pa195386.img
The BAT in the zip reverses it to make the new diskette on your end.

This suggests to me that your original C: is a FAT32 partition
which OpenDos does not 'see'
And further that your original D: is a FAT16 partition
which OpenDos 'sees' and assigns C: as its drive letter.
The Vdisk then gets the next available drive letter of D:
