There are too many people using it "straight out of the box" to
say it is unusable.

But definitely it forces the users to conform to the way the
developers insist that the ignorant masses should go, which is
almost certainly NOT the way the developers would use it
themselves.

Too often these days the programmers just let the software bloat
out as they add more and more to it to correct the faults they've
built into the basic product.

It is almost always easier to write a patch to correct a fault
than to investigate and fix what is causing it in the first
place.
