Please re-read my post.
I said "dialing" specifically. I know that
LSPPP doesn't work with some ISP's.
However, Sam H. is the 1st person that
I've heard mention a dialing problem.
The problem your describing is a
handshake/connection problem with the
ISP. In Sam's case, the ISP was not involved.
