No, PPPTCP.CFG is not used by LSPPP or WZPPP. Neither
is MYISP.DAT, nor PPPDRC.CFG (an optional file). These
configuration files are used by EPPPD. Newer versions of
LSPPP (version 1 and subsequent I believe) do have a
configuration file, LSPPP.CFG, but WZPPP and earlier
releases of LSPPP obtain all settings from commandline
or DOS environment via "SET" command.
