As if that would do any good! ISP's know for a fact that
many of their customers are lazy and irresponsible. The
customers mostly use you know what and download and open
with blithe disregard for consequences. Providing email
services is, indeed, a can of worms for the ISP's. 90 per cent
or more of the traffic is spam, much of it infected. It's
big trouble for the ISP's.--which was my original statement.
