Hi Sam,
                There was nothing wrong with
what you wrote.  You were 100% right.
I just wanted you to know I was saying
the same thing only more tersely.
An ISP/email provider can't survive without
filtering out viruses and malware. There
are too many Internet terrorists poisoning
the network. However, too many email
providers do their own thing without informing
their clients about their filtering tactics.    
And often, rules change without warning.
