Don't believe everything you read on the packaging and in the fine
manual about how the manufacturer of the device supports only Window$.
Many manufacturers of peripheral devices are believed to be colluding
on the sly with linux developers who will create linux drivers for their
devices. There are very few manufacturers who will openly admit to
collaborating with linux developers because they know that if they do
they will be punished by Microsoft. For getting caught collaborating
with linux developers, Micro$oft might do nasty things to them such as,
for example, refuse to approve for use in Window$ systems any of the
manufacturer's device drivers, even the ones which the manufacturer
developed specifically for use with Window$. I hope the frigging
bustards at Micro$oft get sued bigtime over charges that Micro$oft's
driver signing racket is in violation of the anti-trust laws.
