True enough.

I have a couple of computers working here. One is 11 years old, the
other 6 years old. Both are still in working order, so apparently they
haven't reached the end of their usable lives.
But neither of them is capable of being upgraded with the lastest,
fastest and "bloatest" OS's and software. OTOH I don't want them
upgraded with that stuff.
So as long as I'm happy with what they are running and the way they run,
their lives are certainly a lot more than 3 years.
Go placidly amid the noise and haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.
