address of the nameserver 10.0.0.38 - no connection. No ping.

I already had a newer version of tpcinfo.exe. The result is:

-----------------------
Reading Waterloo TCP configuration file.

Ethernet Address : 0:2:2d:4b:a6:20

IP Address : 0.0.0.0
Network Mask : 255.255.254.0

Gateways : NONE
Cookieserver : NONE DEFINED

Nameserver : NONE DEFINED

Domain : "(null)"

BOOTP : USED
                 : FAILED
BOOTP Server : BROADCAST
BOOTP Timeout : 30 seconds

Default Timeout : 30 seconds
Max Seg Size MSS : 576 bytes

tcp_Socket : 4226 bytes
udp_Socket : 2103 bytes
