I changed from DEVICE=C:\DOS\EMM386.EXE RAM to the above line but
it made no change to the free conventional memory which is now
615k. The only thing that did make a change was loading the mouse
driver high - LH MMOUSE.EXE - which lifted the free conventional
memory up from 602k.

So far I have seen no change in the offline performance of
Arachne. It remains to be seen what it is like online.
