Well, Greg, you also asked about the meaning of JPEGargs. I tried
to answer this question. I cannot tell you why the changes you made
to MIME.CFG influenced the animation. DJPEG has nothing to do with
animated GIFs -- these are handled internally by CORE.
Do you need all these three changes to turn animation on, or maybe
one or two of them is sufficient? "Blcc" looks the most suspicious:
I have no idea what it is. (Maybe some smiley-faces-like garbage?)
