I disagree. Since the problem was that animated graphics would
not move for me, and I had to experiment to find that changing
    Blcc
    JPEGargs -bmp
    FILEargs -l
in the ARACHNE,CFG to
    ;Blcc
    JPEGargs -bmp -fast
    FILEargs -d
fixed it, the "explanation" of the function of one of these
variables tells me absolutely NOTHING about that particular
problem.

Can ANYONE explain why those changes would affect the animation
of the graphics?
