The mob is still too small, but we are *very* hard at it.  Old news
is that Michal (That's "Dr. Tyc" to you < G G G > is completely rewriting
the bitmap handling. Joe is working his cookie size and online timer
improvements into the cleaned code, and I'm experimenting with 
a total re-working of the way Arachne configures herself (it seems to
be going well). If my master plan works out, we'll eventually have
full error checking during startup, so that Arachne will tell you
what the problem is instead of just stopping if some setting or other
is incorrect. Glenn has '1.77' in the works.

Yes, I agree on all points; there is no one 'right' personality -- each
sort of person has things that he/she will excel at, and things in which
he/she fails.  If a group of people can agree to let each one do what
they are best at, the resulting synergy can produce excellent results.
Critisisms notwithstanding, I hold MP in the highest regard.
