Sam,
The "average Windows dummy" would have absolutely NO problems
handling uuencoded messages, nor xxencoded! That's because
the average Windows dummy installs MS IE with OE set to all
defaults, and lets EVERYTHING automatically run whatever it
wants to run, be that screensavers, PIFs, exe, com, and it
includes decoding encrypted messages...hehehe...that's just
one more reason why the average Windows dummy has NO BUSINESS
on the Internet!!
