All of the links on this 'test page'
now work correctly in my fresh compile of Arachne.

I also tested it with MSIE v6, FireFox v2, Netscape v4 and Netscape v7

This fresh compile of Arachne is the only one which handles those URLs
correctly by removeing the erroneous spaces thereby allowing the actual
URLs to be accessed.
