Arachne can NOT handle the URL http://www.fnfsr.org/%20site/Welcome.html which is what the user is redirected to when connecting to that other site. The corrected URL, namely http://www.fnfsr.org/site/Welcome.html loads OK with Arachne. We are led to believe that other browsers can load the site when fed with the URL that contains the "%20" but obviously Arachne can NOT do so. Since Arachne can NOT handle this type of URL, and it is said that other browsers can, then I would say we have a problem.
