Sounds like another word for Internet. However, as the Internet
currently evolves, more and more of the processing is done on the
"terminals" instead of the servers. Javascript is a good example.

So it seems like the idea is already obsolete by today's standards.

Also, Intel will never allow this to happen. ;-)
