You can. Format with FAT32, and install WinXP at this partition. Then
use FreeDOS or Enhanced Dr-DOS or Datalight ROM-DOS.

Or search via google after IFSDRV. It is a driver for FAT32, EXT3 and
NTFS. (read and write!!)

I have FreeDOS/Dr-DOS, Ubuntu and Windows Vista installed. Vista is
good for dvb-t cards and webcams etc. Ubuntu for developing, emulating
dos and everyday work and DOS for mp3s, videos, file management,
developing.......
