Now that I have xlopif integrated into my core, it would be interesting
to see what could be done with utf. I already can swap charsets automaticaly
and that works fine, but it would also be possible to create 
a charset of more than 256 characters as a target for utf. Even 512
characters would probably do 99% of it in practical terms.
