I also read the lengthy instructions for installing it in Windows NT, so
perhaps you can understand why the notion that WinNT or Linux are PnP
OSes makes me laugh.

While I basically agree with the comment about a deprecated linux, I did
see this article about promise issues with oem windows:

I'm a little skeptical though because I can't image I'd install an OS
for a paying client that's different than the work order with getting
approval first.
