Paul didn't write any of the Gospels, nor any part of them. It isn't even likely that *he* wrote any of the letters from him to the Apostles; far more likely he used a scribe. He may have been able to read, but that also wouldn't be that common for one with Saul's background. Even the oldest written records which are 'part of the Bible' found to date are by third parties who wrote down oral tradition.
