Arachne at FreeLists---The Arachne Fan Club!

I replyed to a post on coolists, and it came back
undeliverable. The mailer tryed to send it for 20
hours and gave up. I have not received any posts
to coolists for a couple of days.

I haven't received any list messages recently, and a friend told me a
message just bounced, so I suspect my ISP may have started fine tuning
out all the regular non-spam while still letting through the spam
(without consulting me about any changes). PML.

I.e., a Goods and Services Tax (or almost any other broad based production
