The term "tabbed browsing" in the mozilla-firebird context relates to
multiple windows (censors please note lower case "w" <g>)

You have the option to open a link in a new window which places a
corresponding Tab (aka button) on the screen.

Typically you start at a site's home page, containing summaries and
links. Select a link but continue reading the home page. Select
another link and finish reading the home page.
You then select the Tab for the first link and with luck it will
already have downloaded and will display almost instantly. And so on.

Definitely a useful facility, but I fear the experts might find this a
tad difficult. Memory constraints?
