Hi Greg, Please re-read my original message..... http://www.freelists.org/archives/arachne/07-2007/msg00009.html The very last line (just above my signature), explains what to do with the file "security.cfg.txt" "Save it into your arachne_main directory as simply security.cfg" There is already a security.cfg file located in your arachne_main directory which has been a part of every Arachne release for the past 12 years. That file contains the list of 'trusted sites' from which Arachne APMs may be downloaded and auto-installed. The purpose of that file is to prevent anyone from amlliciously corrupting our browser by planting a vius in an APM No APMs will be auto-installed unless the site they are being downloaded from is named in the security.cfg file. Brian was getting the error message due to havimng an older copy of security.cfg which did not contain my site as one of the trusted sites. -- Glenn http://www.delorie.com/listserv/mime/ http://www.cisnet.com/glennmcc/ http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/constitution.table.html Arachne at FreeLists -- Arachne, The Premier GPL Web Browser/Suite for DOS --
