Grab a copy of the current security.cfg from my site and you'll no longer
have such problems when grabbing APMs from any of these 4 'trusted sites'.

http://browser.arachne.cz/apm/
http://home.arachne.cz/apm/
http://www.multimediaware.com/qv/
http://www.cisnet.com/glennmcc/apm/

As far as I am aware.... those are the only 4 sites correctly setup to
send APMs with the correct content-type of
"application/x-arachne-package"

All other sites that I know of will send APMs as text/plain and
consequently will not be processed for installation on-the-spot.

They must 1st be saved to disk and then can be installed by linking
to the saved file within Arachne.

(.txt extension used added so it won't cause problems during downloads)

Save it into your arachne_main directory as simply security.cfg
