L.D. It maybe someone on this list because I got a virus
on an old win98 laptop that was given to me, and the only
email I've ever downloaded on it was from this account which
I only use for a couple very close friends, eWeek newsletters
and the Arachne lists. This was right after a clean install.
It put a file on my root drive, and made some registry changes.
My friends ran their Norton, but found nothing. I also had just
loaded AVG which found it, and so did the F-prot in Slackware
that it dual boots with. It was on the m$ partition.
I also got two copies of your email, this one was
To: shiba_rescue@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, the other the arachne4dos
list. The one showed no Cc on the header.
Also, what is a 'live monitor module'.
